For Creators
Last updated: June 2026
Section 01
Agreement to Creator Terms
These For Creators terms apply to you as a Creator on Meetmy — the independent professional who offers and delivers one-on-one sessions through your storefront.
They supplement, and are governed by, the Terms of Service, which apply to all users. You must agree to both to offer sessions on Meetmy. Where these terms conflict with the Terms of Service on a creator-specific matter, these control.

Section 02
Independent Contractor Relationship
You are an independent contractor — not an employee, partner, or agent of Meetmy. You control your pricing, availability, session structure, and how you deliver your services.
Meetmy provides technology infrastructure that lets you:
- Create a professional storefront to showcase your sessions
- Set your own session prices and package offerings
- Manage your availability and schedule
- Process payments securely through our payment partners
- Hold one-on-one video sessions with your clients
Meetmy provides the storefront, scheduling, payment, and video infrastructure only and does not direct or control how you deliver your services. Nothing in these terms creates an employment, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship. You are responsible for your own taxes, insurance, and business expenses. Unless we have agreed otherwise or your account is on a legacy or promotional plan, the fees below apply.
Section 03
Fees & Payouts
Fee structure: You set your session price. Meetmy adds platform fees on top — your clients pay a little more, and you keep your full price.
- 5% service fee — added to your session price
- 4.2% processing fee — calculated on your session price
- A small minimum applies to each fee on low-value purchases.
Platform subscription: Keeping your storefront live requires a Meetmy subscription of $9.99/mo, billed monthly and cancellable at any time. Aside from this subscription, there are no setup fees or hidden costs — the per-transaction fees above apply only when you earn revenue.
Fee example: if you set a $100.00 session price:
- Your session price: $100.00
- 5% service fee: $5.00
- 4.2% processing fee (on $100.00): $4.20
- Client pays: $109.20
- Your earnings: $100.00
Subscription billing: If a subscription payment fails, we may retry and keep your page live briefly; if it remains unpaid, your storefront becomes private until payment resumes. Your earnings and balance are unaffected. You may cancel at any time; your storefront stays active until the end of the current billing period, and subscription fees are non-refundable.
How payouts work — manual withdrawal only: Earnings accrue to your Meetmy balance. Meetmy never pays out automatically. You are paid when you request a withdrawal, using Stripe, or PayPal where Stripe is unavailable. A payout fee is deducted from each withdrawal:
- Stripe (subject to a 2% withdrawal fee)
- PayPal (subject to a 4% withdrawal fee)
Earnings from completed sessions are available for withdrawal after the session ends, and withdrawals are typically processed within 2–5 business days depending on the method. The minimum withdrawal amount is $10.
Taxes: You are solely responsible for determining and paying any taxes on your earnings. Meetmy does not withhold taxes from your payments.
Fee changes: We may modify fees, payout terms, or the referral program with 7 days' notice (see Terms of Service); rates you have already earned are not changed retroactively.
Section 04
Referral Program
Team building: You may build a team by adding other Creators to your Meetmy page. When a Client you introduce connects with a team member through your referral link for the first time, that connection is attributed to you. You earn a 20% commission on that Client's purchases with that team member, up to a cumulative cap of $200 for each client you introduce to a given team member. After $200, the referred Creator keeps the full session price.
Effective date of the $200 cap: The $200 cumulative cap applies to purchases made on or after July 24, 2026. Commissions you earned before that date are not affected, and the cap is applied separately to each client-and-team-member relationship — it is not a $200 limit per team member. Every new client you introduce to a team member starts with their own fresh $200 cap, so you can continue earning from a team member over time as you introduce new clients.
How attribution works: When you refer a Client to a team member, you share a personalised link that includes your referral identifier (e.g. meetmy.io/dimitry?hey=~b2xan2yy). Attribution is established the first time a Client visits a team member's page through that link. Once established, the connection does not reset if the Client later books that team member directly without your link, and your commission is captured automatically on each purchase until the $200 cap for that relationship is reached.
Commission split: Each booking is split 80% to the team member and 20% to you, calculated on the team member's session price before platform fees. For example:
- Your team member's session price: $100.00
- Client pays (with fees): $109.20
- Team member's earnings: $80.00
- Your referral commission (20% of $100.00): $20.00
Commissions are credited to your Meetmy balance per purchase and are available for withdrawal. They are based on completed purchases and may be reversed if the underlying purchase is refunded or charged back.
Section 05
Eligibility & Self-Attestation
You must be 18 or older. You may sign up openly; you self-attest that your qualifications and your right to provide your services are accurate. Meetmy does not verify credentials or conduct background checks. You are responsible for any licensing, certification, or checks your services require in your jurisdiction.
Section 06
Content & Promotion
You retain ownership of your content. You grant Meetmy the operate-and-promote license set out in the Terms of Service, including the use of your name, photo, and testimonials in marketing materials. You represent and warrant that:
- You own or have the rights to all content you upload
- Your content does not infringe any third party's rights and complies with law
- Your credentials and qualifications are truthfully represented
Section 07
Your Responsibilities
As a Creator on Meetmy, you agree to:
- Deliver services as described on your storefront and honor commitments to clients
- Respond to client inquiries and booking requests promptly (within 24 hours)
- Attend scheduled sessions on time and provide the full session duration
- Maintain professional, respectful communication with clients
- Work in good faith to resolve any disputes with clients directly
- Comply with all applicable laws and conduct sessions appropriately
- Keep your profile, availability, pricing, and descriptions current and accurate
Section 08
Client Relationships & Communications
Your client list: A person is added to your client list when they create an account on your page, place an order with you (free or paid), or complete one of your quizzes while signed in. For each client you can see their name and username. You cannot see their email address.
Sending offers: You may send offers and messages to your clients through Meetmy, which we deliver on your behalf. You do not receive client email addresses and may not contact clients outside Meetmy using information obtained through the platform. There is no limit on how many offers you send, but every client can opt out of creator offers at any time, and we will not deliver to clients who have opted out or where delivery would breach applicable law.
Other features: From time to time we may make additional client-communication or client-management features available to you. Your use of any such feature is always subject to each client's opt-out and to applicable law (including anti-spam and data-protection laws).
Limits: Client information is provided by Meetmy solely to serve and communicate with your clients on the platform. You may not sell, export, scrape, or repurpose it, use it to harass, or use it for any purpose other than your legitimate client relationship on Meetmy. We may limit or revoke access to client information to protect clients or comply with law.
Section 09
Prohibited Conduct
As a Creator, you may not:
- Arrange off-platform payment to avoid Meetmy fees for clients booked or introduced through Meetmy (this does not restrict your pre-existing off-platform relationships)
- Misrepresent your qualifications, experience, credentials, or testimonials
- Guarantee specific outcomes or results from your services
- Unlawfully discriminate against clients on the basis of protected characteristics
- Harass clients or engage in inappropriate or unprofessional conduct
- Solicit fake reviews or manipulate reviews, pricing, or rankings
Section 10
Booking Policies
Meetmy sets standard booking, payment, validity, rescheduling, and refund policies on your behalf, shown on your storefront as "Meet my policies." You do not need to write your own — but you must honor them, and you may not adopt policies less generous than the platform defaults.
Section 11
Liability & Insurance
As an independent contractor, you are solely responsible for the services you provide. Meetmy is not liable for:
- The quality, accuracy, safety, or legality of your services
- Injuries, damages, or losses arising from your services
- Disputes between you and your clients
- Your failure to deliver services as promised
You are solely responsible for obtaining any insurance appropriate to your services; Meetmy provides none. Meetmy does not conduct background checks on Creators.
Section 12
Indemnification
In addition to the indemnification in the Terms of Service, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Meetmy and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
- The services you provide to clients
- Disputes between you and your clients
- Any negligence or misconduct on your part
Section 13
Chargebacks, Holds & Termination
Chargebacks: If a Client charges back a payment, the disputed amount and any associated fees may be deducted from your balance. Meetmy is not liable for chargeback losses.
Holds: We may withhold, freeze, or offset your balance during investigation of suspected fraud, chargebacks, or violations, for a reasonable period, with notice and an opportunity to respond.
Termination by you: You may close your Creator account at any time by emailing [email protected]. Withdraw any remaining balance first, and give 30 days' notice if you have future bookings.
Termination by Meetmy: We may suspend or terminate your account for cause — including violations of these terms or the Terms of Service, fraudulent or deceptive practices, failure to deliver services, or risk to the platform or other users. On closure, your storefront is removed, scheduled sessions are cancelled with client refunds, you withdraw any remaining balance, and referral relationships end.
