Here is the plain version of how booking, paying, and refunds work on Meetmy. Each Creator's page also shows "Meet my policies" — a plain-English summary of how booking, payment, and refunds work for their sessions.

These For Clients terms apply when you book or receive sessions on Meetmy. They supplement, and are governed by, the Terms of Service; where they conflict on a client-specific matter, these control.

Sessions on Meetmy are intended for adults aged 18 or older. You must be 18 or older to book, and sessions are not offered to minors.

The Creator sets their price. A service fee and a payment-processing fee are added on top and shown as separate line items at checkout before you pay (a small minimum applies on low-value purchases). You always see the total before paying.

Amounts are in USD; your bank may apply currency-conversion or foreign-transaction fees we do not control.

Meetmy sets standard booking, rescheduling, and no-show policies, shown in the "Meet my policies"section on each Creator's page. These platform-wide defaults are part of your agreement when you book. A Creator may choose to be more generous, but not less:

• Reschedule free up to 24 hours before a session.
• No-show: if you do not show and did not reschedule at least 24 hours ahead, the session counts as used — the Creator held that time for you.
• Passes and packages are used by booking sessions within the validity window shown at purchase.

Purchases reserve a Creator's time and are generally final. If a Creator cancels or cannot deliver, we may offer you a replacement session or a refund. See the Creator's "Meet my policies" for the specifics.

Session quality is the Creator's responsibility. Please raise concerns with your Creator directly; if you cannot resolve it, contact [email protected]. Meetmy does not guarantee or arbitrate service quality and is not a party to your engagement with the Creator (see the Terms of Service).

Meetmy does not verify Creators' credentials and does not conduct background checks. You are responsible for deciding whether a Creator is right for you.

Sessions may not be recorded without the consent of all participants. Meetmy does not record your sessions.

Treat Creators professionally. Harassment, abuse, or threatening conduct may result in removal from the platform.

Donations are voluntary one-time gifts to a Creator, are non-refundable, and are not payment for any service or session.

When you create an account on a creator's page, place an order (including a free one), or complete a creator's quiz while signed in, you're added to that creator's client list. The creator can see your name and username — never your email — and may send you offers through Meetmy, which we deliver on their behalf. You can stop all creator offers at any time in your settings; essential account messages will still reach you.
